Thrillseekers, you’re in luck. Dreamworld’s line-up of adrenaline-pumping rides continues to grow, with Steel Taipan leading the charge. This multi-launch rollercoaster is not for the faint-hearted, with 1.2 kilometres of wild twists and four inversions at speeds of 105km/h.
The park has also unveiled Rivertown, a brand-new jungle-themed world with one-of-a-kind rides and dining experiences. The jewel of Rivertown is Jungle Rush, Australia’s first triple-switch rollercoaster. This groundbreaking ride combines forward, backward and sideways motion through an immersive jungle setting, making it one of the most exciting new rides in the country.
And while it’s not open just yet, adrenaline junkies are already buzzing about King Claw. Building on the legendary ride from the 2000s, this exhilarating swing takes you to staggering new heights, swinging further and faster than ever before. In fact, King Claw stretches 50% higher and races 50% faster than the original Claw!
Fresh Family Experiences
Of course, Dreamworld isn’t just about the thrill rides. Families with younger children will find plenty of fun waiting in Kenny & Belinda’s Dreamland. With a mix of colourful rides, shows and character meet-and-greets (including the Wiggles, Bananas in Pyjamas and Rat in a Hat), this vibrant area is designed with little adventurers in mind. Over at Ocean Parade, the good vibes continue with family-friendly roller coasters, carnival games, a splash zone and a lively beachside theme that catches the essence of the Gold Coast.

Long a favourite among visitors, this iconic precinct now offers even more opportunities to see Dreamworld’s majestic tigers up close.
