Valid for travel until 23 December 2025 (bookings must be made before 23 October 2025).
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Any surcharge will be advised at booking time.
Change of Mind Policy: If you change your mind, our Change of Mind Policy allows you to change your Getaway to another date (except for flights, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) within 3 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 3-Day Change of Mind period or within 14 days prior to the check-in date will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Cancellation: All Getaways are NON-REFUNDABLE for cash.
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can change your stay dates, subject to availability, up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Please email our customer service team at sales@mysteryweekendgetaways.com.au. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Dining Credit: Credit does not accumulate and expires at the end of each day. Redeemable at BLACK Bar & Grill, Sokyo, Cucina Porto and for in-room dining. Dining credit excludes beverage-only orders and all minibar items. The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Dining credit is on a per package basis and is available per day of stay excluding day of checkout.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Harvest Buffet between 7am and 11am.
- Advanced restaurant reservations are essential.
- Guests must be 18 years or over to enter gaming areas.
- The Star practises the responsible service of alcohol.
- Please note, self-parking is only available for cars below 2m for the included self-parking. Oversized vehicles (exceeding 4.8L x 1.84W x 1.8H) can use the valet parking of $135 per day, please contact hotel directly for more information.
